Overview: This series is designed for teacher-leaders with at least one year of experience looking to refine their coaching expertise and deepen their understanding of instructional leadership.
Cost: $1,250 for full learning series
Duration: 10 hours of live, virtual training. Sessions occur from November 2024 – April 2025.

Session 1: Observation and Feedback Using Videos: Discover how to best incorporate video into coaching conversations with team teachers. Live session date has passed. Available asynchronously only.
Session 2: Joint Session: Using Data to Drive Instruction (November 19 or 21): Learn how to use student data to improve instruction in a session with teaching team members. Live session date has passed. Available asynchronously only.
Session 3: Differentiating Your Coaching (February 4): Learn to tailor your coaching approach to meet the diverse needs of your team teachers.
Session 4: Joint Session: Observing Data Meetings and Providing Feedback (February 11 or 20): Reflect on coaching methods that support data-driven instruction alongside educators in other roles.
Session 5: Coaching for Beliefs and Ways of Being (April 10): Revisit team member enrollment and re-enrollment strategies, and explore coaching approaches that address beliefs and mindsets.
