Overview: This five-part series equips new teacher-leaders with the essential skills and knowledge to excel, focusing on observation and feedback, data-driven instruction, and time management.
Cost: $1,250 for full learning series
Duration: 8 hours of live, virtual training, plus one session credited to the school leader. Sessions occur bi-monthly from September 2024 – April 2025.

Sessions:
Session 1: Observation and Feedback: Coaching Conversations (September 17): Learn to deliver effective feedback using the “See It Name Do It” protocol. Live session date has passed. Available asynchronously only.
Session 2: Joint Session: Using Data to Drive Instruction (November 19 or 21): Build key skills in data-driven instruction alongside other educators.
Session 3: Joint Session: Observing Data Meetings and Providing Feedback (February 11 or 20): Reflect on structures supporting data-driven practices for teams of educators.
Session 4: Maximizing Time and Capacity 2.0 (April 8): Identify release-time strategies to maximize your time and capacity as a teacher-leader.
