Overview: This five-part series guides educators through the SIMPLE-TC™ framework for creating a tutoring culture, empowering them to create effective small-group instruction that reaches all students and is provided by all available adults within the school.
Cost: $199 per session
Duration: Each session is 2 hours of live, virtual training. Sessions occur monthly from September 2024 – February 2025.
Who Should Attend: Team leaders and school leaders interested in implementing or enhancing small-group instruction and tutoring programs.

Sessions:
Session 1: Start with Multi-Classroom Leader™ Educators Guiding (September 12): Learn to create teaching team schedules and build adult skills through coaching. (2 credits, 0.2 CEU)
Session 2: Intentionally Plan and Internalize Lessons (November 7): Focus on planning differentiated and culturally relevant instruction. (2 credits, 0.2 CEU)
Session 3: Monitor and Adjust (December 5): Discover how to use student learning data to assess knowledge, adjust lessons, and group students effectively. (2 credits, 0.2 CEU)
Session 4: Prioritize "Small for All" (January 23): Learn methods and strategies to increase small-group teaching and tutoring and minimize whole-class teaching. (2 credits, 0.2 CEU)
Session 5: Engage Students (February 25): Discover how to foster intellectually and socially safe learning environments through coaching and building learning partnerships. (2 credits, 0.2 CEU)
