Overview: During the school year, we offer virtual professional learning sessions to help your educators in Opportunity Culture® roles succeed, timed to address topics and needs as they are likely to arise throughout the year. These engaging sessions, grounded in adult learning principles and research-based content, bring educators across the country together to build their foundational knowledge for the roles while sharing their talents and experience through group reflection, collaboration, and problem-solving. These energizing virtual-learning sessions are led by experienced Public Impact® consultants and educators. 

Who Should Attend: Principals leading schools using Opportunity Culture® roles, teacher-leaders new to the Multi-Classroom Leader® role, and paraprofessionals new to the Reach Associate™ role.
