Self-Driven Design/Co-Design Coaching Packages

Overview: Public Impact® design coaching provides guidance and feedback for a district working through Opportunity Culture® design at its own pace in the portal*. Based on more than a dozen years of experience with sites nationwide using Opportunity Culture® models, design coaching gives a district access to tools developed for those sites, and expert facilitators to help district leaders develop and refine models and processes that meet their needs.

Coaching Packages (A-C prices are per district; D price is per school)

Package A ($12,440): Includes seven 45-minute coaching calls (one for each unit of learning in the portal) throughout the district-level design process, as well as four additional 45-minute calls for the district team to support the design process. Coaching calls help districts apply what they learn in the modules to their context, and share curated lists of resources from the portal tools room. 

Package B ($10,700): Includes four 45-minute coaching calls (for approximately half of the units of learning in the portal) during the district design process, as well as three 45-minute calls for the district team to support the design process. Coaching calls help districts apply what they learn in the modules to their context and share curated lists of resources from the portal tools room. 

Package C ($9,095): Includes two 45-minute coaching calls during the district design process and one 45-minute call for the district team to support the design process. Coaching calls help districts apply what they learn in the modules to their context and share curated lists of resources from the portal tools room. 

Package D ($2,370): In this per-school package, consultants provide seven hours of dedicated support to guide a school through school design decisions. Schools receive expert guidance tailored to their needs as they navigate Self-Driven Design™ modules. Coaching calls help schools apply what they learn in the modules to their context and share curated lists of resources from the portal tools room.
