- Determine sustainable stipends for each role
- Learn and discuss recruitment strategies for the roles
- Determine the roles’ selection process
- Determine the roles’ evaluation and accountability processes
- Network and collaborate with leaders from other districts
Cost: $51,100—includes the annual subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal
Dates: February 18-19, March 18-19, April 14-15, and May 6-7, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Note: Registration closes one week prior to each session.
Duration: Two-day, virtual, interactive workshop sessions. Along with these interactive sessions for department leaders, the district team receives eight coaching calls to guide ongoing design and implementation decisions.
Who Should Attend: District design teams should include up to 10 decision-makers from these departments: Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction, Accountability, Finance, and Communications. Each team should designate a leader to guide them through work time and prework for the sessions, and to serve as the primary point of contact for their Public Impact® coach.
Benefits: By redesigning teacher leadership structures in schools, districts can recruit and retain excellent teachers, provide all teachers with excellent development and advanced career opportunities, and offer equitable access to excellent instruction for all students.
