- Create schedules for the Opportunity Culture® teaching team roles
- Plan a school-level selection process for Opportunity Culture® roles

Cost: $5,020 per school—includes the annual subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal
Dates: There are no available workshops at this time. Please visit our website for future dates.
Duration: Two-day, virtual, interactive workshop sessions. Along with the interactive sessions for a team of educators and leaders from each school, school teams get two coaching calls to finalize their plans.
Who Should Attend: Each school design team will need 3–6 members, including the school leader to lead the team through work time and prework for the workshops, teachers from a variety of grade levels or subject areas, and a counselor or a staff member responsible for school-wide scheduling.
Benefits: At the end of the workshop series, school teams can submit their plans to receive Certified Opportunity Culture School® status. With Opportunity Culture® certification and validation, schools can:
- design staffing models to standards correlated with student learning growth—moving schools at each certification level toward producing high-growth learning schoolwide and higher pay
- attract talented educators looking for support and career paths and families looking for excellent schools
- communicate the strength of their instructional system with their community, state, and funders.
School teams will also receive full access to the Opportunity Culture® online portal, which provides asynchronous modules, tools, and templates to support and review the design process and principles; the ability to monitor school implementation compared to other schools in the district; and high-impact, on-demand professional learning and practical tools for educators.
