Overview: During the school year, we offer virtual professional learning sessions plus individual check-ins to help paraprofessionals new to the Reach Associate™ role succeed, timed to address topics and needs as they are likely to arise throughout the year. 

These engaging sessions, grounded in adult learning principles and research-based content, bring educators across the country together to build their foundational knowledge for the roles while sharing their talents and experience through group reflection, collaboration, and problem-solving. Sessions are led by experienced Public Impact® consultants and educators. 

Who Should Attend: Paraprofessionals new to the Reach Associate™ (RA™) role

What is Included:

• Community of Practice kickoff, September 24, 2026 from 5:05–6:00 p.m. ET
• Four two-hour, live, virtual sessions (see our website for dates and times)
  
• Two 30-minute individual check-ins

Cost: $1,365 per person ($1,565 without an active portal subscription)
